Kayla Benson, Program Manager at The EdVenture Group, completed the Executive Leadership Program at the Duke University Fuqua School of Business in March 2022. This immersive program draws on research in organizational behavior, sociology, psychology and political science to provide leaders with an understanding of their personal leadership style to maximize efforts and effectiveness of the team and organization as a whole.

A key component of the program is the Six Domains of Leadership 360-Degree Assessment that provides participants with direct feedback from past and current reports, colleagues and
supervisors. The collected data serves as the foundation for a customized, individualized program experience. Participants work one-on-one with an executive coach throughout the program to interpret feedback, explore individual leadership strengths and opportunities, and develop a Personal Development Plan and Organizational Change Initiative to inspire organization-wide vision and growth.
